A bit about me

Taylor Schiff holds a Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology. Taylor is committed to providing the best quality of care while fostering a safe and empathetic environment. Taylor believes in empowering individuals to take part in their own healing journey by providing compassionate, evidence based care that encourages collaboration, education and self-discovery.

"When life gets tough, the tough seek support. Life can be unmanageable and downright messy sometimes, but you don't have to do it alone. Asking for help is the first step. Everyone deserves to be heard, to process their experiences in a safe space, and to receive genuine feedback."

Taylor's experience is primarily with adults who are struggling with mental health challenges or have history with substance misuse, both in group and individual settings. This includes depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, emotion regulation issues, and adjustment disorders. She typically practices from a Cognitive Behavioral lens, but also has experience with mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In addition, Taylor practices couples therapy and family therapy.

It seems the most difficult to keep hope amidst the trying times, but Taylor believes there is always opportunity for recovery and healing and she would be happy to walk with you on that journey. Please reach out with any inquires and schedule an appointment today!
