groups we offer

Sober Today, is a recovery group for young adults (age 18-26). Recovery often encompasses more than just ‘putting down’ the substances, it is about uncovering and acknowledging some of the driving factors to use. This can range from things like stress, family issues, or loneliness to depression, anxiety, or trauma, among many others. This group seeks to give young adults an opportunity to share their experiences with like minded people, discuss the challenges of becoming and staying sober, and to receive support in navigating recovery.

Change is about taking the first step. Join today.

CARE (community, acceptance, respect and empathy) is a drop-in support group for adults. Support groups play a vital role in helping people cope with the struggles of daily life. From finding support during difficult times to providing emotional and practical assistance, these groups are invaluable resources for many individuals
