A bit about me
Breanne Delvalle holds a Masters degree in mental health counseling from the University of South Florida. Breanne’s therapeutic approach encompasses meeting her clients where they are and allowing them to lead the process. This allows her to create a sacred therapeutic environment where clients can grow and heal at their own pace.
Breanne’s experience in the field includes time spent in various community behavioral healthcare settings such as the VA and residential mental health care. She also holds a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family therapy which has allowed her to successfully help couples and families work through difficult life transitions.
She works from an eclectic therapeutic approach utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. These approaches allow her to effectively treat mental health disorders such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Breanne focuses on a holistic approach that incorporates all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit to better achieve a well-balanced lifestyle for her clients.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending with loved ones, and her new puppy and cat.
