A bit about me
Rupi Kaur completed a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and Counseling Education at Indiana University-Bloomington. Her professional experience encompasses working in community mental health settings with individuals and families of various ages and background, with a particular focus on adolcescents and teens.
As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Rupi employs a range of techniques and interventions tailored to her client's individual needs. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress, or addressing specific mental health challenged, she will provide you with tailored support.

My approach is influenced by person centered- and cognitive behavioral therapy interventions. I am committed to delivered compassionate and effective therapy, with a passion for helping client's advocate for themselves and their mental health needs."
Additionally, Rupi believes families that work together, grow together. She incorporates parents into therapy sessions and provides them with insight, tools and skills that not only empower them but deepen their relationship with their child or teen.
